  Job Summary

  We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Officer to promote the company's products and services, generate leads, and increase sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills, with the ability to meet sales targets and represent the company professionally.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and market the company's products and services to prospective customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Prepare periodic sales and marketing reports.
  • Provide feedback on market conditions, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
