  About the Role

  Dexterous Applied Training Institute (DATI) is seeking an ambitious, results-driven Business Development Executive to accelerate our B2B account growth and market presence in Lagos.

  In this role, you will lead lead-generation efforts, engage prospective corporate clients, assess workforce training needs, deliver high-impact sales presentations, draft commercial proposals, and manage key client accounts to convert opportunities into long-term revenue.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Conduct proactive outreach, cold/warm calling, and physical corporate visits to identify, qualify, and build a robust pipeline of B2B opportunities.
  • B2B Account & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary account contact, conduct client training-needs assessments, handle service inquiries, collect post-training feedback, and drive customer retention.
  • Proposal & Quote Development: Draft commercial quotes, capability statements, and standard service proposals within 24–48 hours of initial request, supporting RFQ/RFP submissions.
  • Sales Pipeline & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date client interaction logs and opportunity tracking in the CRM while providing weekly and monthly pipeline activity reports.
  • Promotions & Partnerships: Represent DATI at industry events, exhibitions, and corporate presentations while supporting institutional partnership initiatives.

  Qualifications & Key Requirements

  • Education: Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field. Relevant technical certifications are an advantage.
  • Experience: 4–5 years of experience in B2B client relations, key account management, or technical sales. Experience within the Oil & Gas or Technical Training sector is strongly preferred.
  • Core Skills: B2B prospecting, training-needs assessment, commercial proposal writing, CRM management, client presentation delivery, and sales-pipeline tracking.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
