  Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking a highly driven and relationship-focused Investment Advisor / Sales Manager to drive business growth by leveraging established relationships with Ultra High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNIs), High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), and other affluent clientele.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in relationship management and high-value sales, with direct access to affluent networks and the ability to originate, develop, and close high-ticket investment opportunities.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with UHNI, HNI, and affluent clients.
  • Leverage an established network of high-value clients to generate new business and investment opportunities.
  • Identify and engage prospective clients with significant investment capacity.
  • Present and communicate investment opportunities clearly and persuasively to prospective and existing clients.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship development through negotiation and deal closure.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales, revenue, and investment mobilisation targets.
  • Develop tailored investment solutions based on clients' financial objectives, risk appetite, and investment preferences.
  • Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when managing sensitive client relationships and financial information.
  • Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for cross-selling and repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, prospects, opportunities, and sales activities.

  Requirements

  • 3–12 years of relevant sales, relationship management, or investment advisory experience.
  • Proven experience in luxury fashion & luxury automotive, banking, or investment banking,
  • Demonstrable access to a strong network of HNI/UHNI clients.
  • Proven ability to originate and close high-value transactions.
  • A strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing sophisticated and high-value client relationships
  • Strong understanding of premium/luxury client service and expectations.
