  Job Summary

  We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and articulate Sales Executives / Brand Promoters to join our growing team in Lagos. In this role, you will represent the Bee Shop brand, engage with potential customers, demonstrate our mobile app, and guide users through registration and order placement.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective customers in person, introducing Bee Shop’s platform and benefits (including 100% cashback offers).
  • Guide users step-by-step through app download, account registration, and making their first purchases on the app.
  • Participate in company marketing campaigns, physical activations, and live promotional events.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets for new user activations and app orders.
  • Provide excellent customer support during field interactions and collect user feedback for team improvement.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat engagement.

  Requirements & Qualifications

  • OND, HND, or B.Sc in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in sales, field marketing, brand promotion, or customer engagement.
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in using smartphone applications.
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance with a positive, persuasive, and outgoing personality.

  What We Offer

  • Base Allowance: 270,000 NGN allowance upon meeting customer activation targets.
  • Performance Commission: Earn up to 540,000 NGN in additional commissions (Total earning potential up to 810,000 NGN).
  • Core KPI: Onboard new users and guide them to complete their first purchase on the app.
  • Full Training & Field Support: Hands-on pitch training, app navigation guidance, and continuous on-ground support to help you hit your targets effortlessly.
