  Job Summary

  We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Sales Representative to attend to customers, manage enquiries and orders, follow up with clients, and support the day-to-day sales activities of the business.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in customers on onsite days.
  • Handle WhatsApp enquiries, customer requests, and product enquiries promptly.
  • Process and coordinate individual and group customer orders.
  • Follow up with customers on pending enquiries and orders.
  • Keep customers updated on the status of their orders.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Support other sales and customer-service activities as required.
  • Ensure customer enquiries and orders are properly documented and followed through to completion.

  Work Arrangement

  The role operates on a hybrid basis.

  • Mondays and Saturdays: Onsite at the company's location in Isolo.
  • Tuesday – Friday: Remote.
  • Working hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

  Customer messages may occasionally need to be attended to before or after official working hours, depending on business needs.

  Where there is an urgent need to work beyond the stated hours or attend onsite outside the regular onsite days, this will be communicated in advance.

  Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, order management, or a related role.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in using WhatsApp and other digital communication platforms.
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries and orders simultaneously.
  • Must be proactive, responsive, and customer-focused.
