  Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦ 400,000 net monthly, depending on experience

  Job Summary

  We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and relationship-driven Business Development Executive to identify new opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive business growth within the upstream Oil & Gas sector.

  Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with IOCs, indigenous operators, EPC contractors, service companies, and OEMs.
  • Generate leads and manage the business development pipeline.
  • Support tenders, proposals, prequalification, and vendor registrations.
  • Conduct market research and identify new opportunities. Support commercial and trading opportunities.
  • Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Recent graduate who is confident, well-spoken, sociable, and eager to build a career in Oil & Gas Business Development; OR
  • Candidate with existing relevant experience in the upstream Oil & Gas sector.
  • Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities.
