  Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
  • Manage distributors, dealers, key accounts, and sales channels across the region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the regional sales team to achieve set targets.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates.
  • Ensure effective product visibility, distribution, and market penetration.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of relevant sales experience, with strong experience in the lubricants industry.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing market share.
  • Strong experience managing distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
  • Good knowledge of the automotive, industrial, and/or commercial lubricants market.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Candidates based in or familiar with the Abuja/Northern Nigeria market will be preferred.
