  Position Overview

  • WhyteCleon is seeking a proactive and results‑driven Account & Sales Executive to join our client's growing team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and supporting the execution of advertising strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • This role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, negotiate, and close high‑value business deals.
  • Manage and grow client relationships to ensure long‑term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship management and customer engagement abilities.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven success in client‑focused sales environments.
