  Position Overview

  • WhyteCleon is seeking a talented and results-driven Account & Sales Manager to join our client's dynamic team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic account management, client relationship development, and high-value deal execution.
  • This role requires a proactive professional with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills who can thrive in a fast-paced advertising environment.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, negotiate, and close high-value business deals.
  • Manage and grow client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored advertising solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and performance updates to management.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close high-value business deals.
  • Strong relationship management and client engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
