    Field Sales Representative

    Job Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories through field visits, referrals, networking, cold calling, and market intelligence.
    • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
    • Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
    • Develop long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
    • Conduct regular visits to construction sites, building material markets, roofing dealers, hardware stores, contractors, architects, engineers, property developers, estate companies, Government projects and corporate organizations
    • Promote Fabcom Structural products and identify ongoing or upcoming construction projects.
    • Present and promote Fabcom Structural Ltd.'s roofing and building products, including Stone-Coated Roofing Tiles, Zinc Stone-Coated Roofing Sheets, Long Span Roofing Sheets, Coloured Steel Roofing Sheets, Roof Trusses, Light Steel Keel Systems, and Solar Roofing Solutions.
    • Educate customers on product features, benefits, specifications, pricing, warranties, and installation requirements.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
    • Prospect for customers through field visits, referrals, networking, cold calling, and market intelligence.
    • Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
    • Prepare quotations in collaboration with the Sales Office.
    • Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and sales opportunities to close deals.
    • Convert customer enquiries into confirmed orders and maximize sales opportunities.
    • Monitor customer payments and support timely collections where required.
    • Increase repeat business through relationship management, cross-selling, and upselling.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, architects, engineers, developers, distributors, dealers, and corporate clients.
    • Conduct regular customer visits before and after sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve products and services.
    • Maintain accurate customer information in the company's CRM or Lead Tracking System.
    • Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor pricing, new products, market trends, customer preferences, construction activities, upcoming projects, and dealer feedback.
    • Prepare and submit weekly reports on customer visits, qualified leads, quotations, orders, revenue generated, competitor activities, and overall sales performance.
    • Represent Fabcom Structural Ltd. professionally during customer meetings, exhibitions, trade shows, and other marketing or sales events.

    Qualifications And Experience

    • A Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Mass Communication, Engineering, Building Technology, or a related discipline.
    • 1–2 years of experience in field sales, business development, account management, or B2B sales.
    • Previous experience in the roofing, construction, manufacturing, building materials, engineering, or industrial sectors will be an added advantage.
    • Candidates with 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the roofing, construction, manufacturing, or building materials industry may be considered even if they do not meet the stated academic qualification requirements.
    • An established network of contractors, roof installers, POP installers, ceiling installers, builders, architects, engineers, developers, distributors, dealers, and other decision-makers within the building materials or construction industry will be a significant advantage.
    • A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating new business opportunities.
    • A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory will be an added advantage.
    • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and customer acquisition skills with a focus on revenue generation.
    • Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
