    Role Overview

    • The Business Development Manager – Risk Assets (Platforms/Business) is responsible for leading the strategy, acquisition, and management of risk asset portfolios through innovative platforms and business partnerships. This role focuses on scaling the company’s lending operations, mitigating risks, and driving revenue growth while aligning with organizational objective

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Planning and Execution

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for growing risk asset portfolios
    • through partnerships, platform integrations, and direct business engagements.
    • Identify and prioritize market opportunities that align with the company’s financial goals.
    • Collaborate with senior management to set targets and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

    Risk Asset Portfolio Management

    • Oversee the evaluation, approval, and onboarding of partnerships that drive the growth of risk assets.
    • Ensure all credit opportunities meet the organization’s risk management policies and compliance standards.
    • Monitor and manage the performance of risk asset portfolios, ensuring portfolio health and profitability.
    • Stakeholder Management and Negotiation
    • Build and nurture relationships with strategic partners, business clients, and financial institutions to secure profitable opportunities.
