  Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Lagos. The Sales Executive will build and manage relationships with retail outlets, distributors, and key accounts to increase product visibility and sales of Niksnacks cheeseballs. Daily responsibilities include visiting existing and potential customers, presenting product offerings, negotiating pricing and terms within company guidelines, and ensuring proper merchandising and stock levels. The role also involves monitoring market trends and competitor activity, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to support promotions and timely product delivery. The Sales Executive will work toward defined sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of Combination Industries.

  Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills, including prospecting, relationship management, and negotiation, preferably in FMCG or snack foods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with retail partners, distributors, and internal teams.
  • Basic analytical and reporting skills to track sales performance, interpret market feedback, and prepare clear documentation.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to plan daily routes, prioritize customer visits, and meet sales deadlines.
  • Comfort with on-the-ground fieldwork in Lagos, including frequent customer visits and store checks.
  • Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in on-site sales or field sales; experience in Lagos markets is an added advantage.
  • High level of integrity, self-motivation, and ability to work with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
