  Job Description

  • Are you passionate about fashion, graphic design, creativity, and visual storytelling?
  • We are looking for a talented and innovative Fashion Illustrator & Creative Assistant with strong graphic design skills to join our team and support the development of compelling fashion concepts, creative designs, brand visuals, and engaging digital content that bring our brand identity to life.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Create original fashion illustrations, sketches, textile patterns, and design concepts.
  • Assist in developing creative ideas that align with the brand’s identity and aesthetic.
  • Support production processes by preparing mock-ups, samples, and design templates.
  • Collaborate with production teams and artisans to ensure accurate execution of designs.
  • Create engaging visual content for social media, campaigns, lookbooks, and marketing materials.
  • Assist with photoshoots, styling, and content curation.
  • Research fashion trends, creative inspirations, and innovative design techniques.
  • Maintain organized creative files, mood boards, and design references.
  • Monitor social media engagement and support community interactions where required.
  • Prepare reports, document creative processes, and support performance tracking activities.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, creativity, problem-solving ability, and adaptability in executing tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams while managing multiple projects effectively within deadlines.
  • Support additional creative and administrative tasks as assigned.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar creative software.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in fashion illustration, creative design, or marketing-related roles.
  • Strong illustration, visual design, and content development skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to brand development.
  • Basic understanding of social media management and community engagement is an added advantage.
  • Ability to analyse performance trends and support creative improvement initiatives.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
