  Job Summary

  • We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and experienced Social Media Manager / Digital Marketer to manage the resort's online presence, increase brand awareness, and drive bookings through digital marketing initiatives.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including graphics, videos, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage social media communities by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote events, special offers, and resort experiences.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize performance.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
  • Photography, videography, and basic graphic design skills are an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
