  About the Role:

  • The Asset and Facility Executive is responsible for supporting the effective management, maintenance, and utilization of company facilities and assets. The role ensures timely resolution of facility issues, proper asset documentation, vendor coordination, operational expense management and compliance with company policies to support efficient business operations.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Process routine facility-related bills, repair and maintenance invoices, and ensure timely payments in line with approved procedures and budgetary controls.
  • Coordinate and supervise repair, maintenance, and facility support activities carried out by contractors and service providers, ensuring quality service delivery and timely completion.
  • Manage facility requests, complaints and service tickets through the internal SharePoint platform, track resolutions and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Process, monitor, and reconcile branch operational petty cash requests and expenses, ensuring proper documentation, approvals and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of facility activities, expenditures, vendor engagements, telecommunications bills, and operational reports while providing insights to support efficient facility management.

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Estate Management, Facility Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in facilities management, administration, or operations.
  • Basic knowledge of facility management processes, vendor coordination, and maintenance administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within established timelines.
