  Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the procurement register; update delivery dates, vessel ETAs, and on-site arrival confirmations on a daily basis
  • Process all purchase orders, supplier confirmations, and delivery instructions under the direction of the Procurement Manager
  • Maintain supplier and vendor contact files; manage routine vendor correspondence
  • Track import shipments: monitor vessel tracking, liaise with the clearing agent on documentation requirements, and alert the Procurement Manager to any clearance issues
  • Manage delivery documentation: match delivery notes to purchase orders, flag discrepancies, and maintain delivery records for the quantity surveying team
  • Coordinate with the Site Logistics Coordinator on expected delivery dates and on-site reception arrangements
  • Support the Procurement Manager in preparing tender packages for goods and materials
  • Maintain the petty cash and small purchases records for site procurement

  Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor\\\'s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
