Partner Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and project partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.</li> <li>Follow up on outstanding vendor issues and drive timely resolution.</li> <li>Maintain effective relationships with vendors and other SCM stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compliance &amp; Process Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure compliance with applicable SCM processes, policies, and project requirements.</li> <li>Monitor compliance with <strong>Rate, PTW, JMS, audit, and other relevant controls</strong>.</li> <li>Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WCC &amp;     Supply Chain Manager (Coordinator)

    JOB PURPOSE

    • The SCM Coordinator will support the effective execution of supply chain activities by ensuring timely purchase order management, material planning, vendor coordination, compliance, reporting, and project support.
    • The role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver SCM activities within strict timelines while minimizing supply chain-related gaps that could impact project execution.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Purchase Order Management

    • Ensure timely creation and amendment of Purchase Orders (POs) within agreed Turnaround Times (TAT).
    • Monitor open POs and follow up to ensure timely closure.
    • Maintain accurate PO records and documentation.

    Material Planning & Supply Coordination

    • Support material planning and monitor demand versus supply requirements.
    • Coordinate material availability to support project execution.
    • Identify potential material shortages or delays and escalate issues promptly.
    • Ensure there are no project or site delays resulting from SCM-related gaps.

    Vendor & Partner Coordination

    • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and project partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
    • Follow up on outstanding vendor issues and drive timely resolution.
    • Maintain effective relationships with vendors and other SCM stakeholders.

    Compliance & Process Management

    • Ensure compliance with applicable SCM processes, policies, and project requirements.
    • Monitor compliance with Rate, PTW, JMS, audit, and other relevant controls.
    • Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

    WCC & Invoice Management

    • Track WCC submission and ensure documentation is completed within agreed timelines.

    KEY REQUIREMENTS

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • MBA in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline is an advantage.

    Experience

    • 2–5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management.
    • Experience in Telecom, Infrastructure, Engineering, or Project-based environments is preferred.

    Technical Skills

    • Strong experience in Purchase Order (PO) management.
    • Good knowledge of material planning and demand vs. supply management.
    • Strong vendor and supplier coordination skills.
    • Good knowledge of SCM processes and compliance requirements.
    • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
    • Experience preparing MIS reports and tracking KPIs.
