  Job Summary

  • The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and expand the company's customer base.
  • The role involves leading the sales team, managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of the company's sales and marketing objectives.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase property sales.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, corporate organizations, and business partners.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media platforms.
  • Oversee property launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
  • Review and approve marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports for management.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of projects and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate high-value sales agreements and partnerships.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate members of the sales and marketing team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.

  Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Revenue growth.
  • Lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Customer acquisition and retention.
  • Team performance and productivity.
  • Return on marketing campaigns.

  • Timely submission of sales and marketing reports.

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experiencein sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
  • A professional certification in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and business development abilities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.

  Working Conditions:

  • Office-based with regular travel to project sites, client meetings, and marketing events.
  • May require occasional evening or weekend work during property launches, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
