  Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced, innovative, and results - oriented Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and increase revenue.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing, with the ability to create impactful campaigns, analyze market trends, and position the brand competitively within the hospitality industry.
  • This role requires a proactive leader with exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the organization’s business objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email marketing, and other online platforms.
  • Oversee the company’s branding initiatives to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, occupancy, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
  • Develop promotional campaigns, partnerships, and events to strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms while ensuring high-quality, engaging content is consistently published.
  • Monitor campaign performance using relevant analytics tools and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales, operations, and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, content creators, and other external vendors.
  • Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget while ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
  • Track key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
  • Identify innovative marketing opportunities that improve customer experience and generate sustainable business growth.
  • Ensure all marketing activities reflect the organization’s values, brand identity, and service standards.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 4 – 6 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality, real estate, or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, branding, social media management, and campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, and CRM software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring return on investment (ROI).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Professional marketing certifications are an added advantage.
