  JOB OVERVIEW

  • Support the delivery of HR strategies and programmes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding. employee relations,
  • performance management, learning and development, payroll administration, compliance and HR operations-driving employee engagement, efficiency and the achievement of our strategic objectives.

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, performance management and learning initiatives.
  • Maintain HR records, support payroll, benefits and statutory compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports, analyse workforce trends and drive continuous improvement.

  REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology. Social Sciences or related field. Master's Degree (MBA, MSc, MHRM or equivalent) is an added advantage.
  • Professional membership such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, CIPD or any other recognized HR body is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3-7 years' relevant experience in HR management, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.

  YOU WILL BRING

  • Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, learning & development, HR operations, payroll administration, HR analytics and policy implementation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, report writing and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS.
