  Key Responsibilities

  Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in property sales, leasing, management, and real estate investments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, developers, corporate organizations, and prospective clients.
  • Generate qualified leads and achieve agreed revenue and growth targets.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and marketing pitches.
  • Negotiate and facilitate real estate transactions from prospecting to successful closure.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights into emerging trends and opportunities.

  Real Estate Operations

  • Coordinate day-to-day property management and operational activities.
  • Conduct property inspections, site visits, and client property tours.
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, contractors, facility managers, and service providers.
  • Support lease administration, tenancy management, and property documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable real estate regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

  Marketing, Technology & Administration

  • Promote company properties and services through digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Manage online property listings and support social media marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of clients, properties, transactions, and business activities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly operational and business development reports.
  • Utilize CRM systems, digital platforms, and technology tools to improve productivity, customer engagement, and business performance.
