  Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with a proven track record of generating, closing B2B business opportunities and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of business development experience.

  Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through industry search, networking, referrals, cold calling, emails, client visits and other sales channels.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within thecorporate and enterprise market.
  • Convert qualified opportunities into signed contracts, purchase orders, framework agreements, and strategic partnerships
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and networking engagements.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, pitches, and proposals to potential clients or partners.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity records and forecasts.
  • Submit weekly sales activity and pipeline reports.

  Requirements

  • A minimum of HND / BSc in any relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in business development or B2B sales.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close B2B deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and achieve sales targets.
  • Experience working with corporate clients and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, confident and able to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to meet revenue and business development targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound decision and problem-solving skills
