  • Our client is a reputable Construction & Real Estate Firm in VI, is looking for a high-performing Sales Executive / Investment Manager to join our growing team!

  Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of real estate products and investment opportunities
  • Source, nurture, and convert leads into paying clients
  • Build strong relationships using your industry network
  • Maintain excellent customer relationship management
  • Promote properties on social media and offline channels
  • Deliver weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Meet and exceed sales targets

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Strong industry network and market knowledge
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated track record of closing sales
