  Job Summary

  The Senior Manager, FFB Sourcing & Procurement will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) sourcing strategy to ensure a consistent, cost-effective, and high-quality supply of FFB to the company’s palm oil mills. The role will lead the identification, negotiation, onboarding, and management of external FFB suppliers, including plantations, estates, aggregators, traders, and independent producers.
