  The Senior Manager, FFB Sourcing & Procurement will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) sourcing strategy to ensure a consistent, cost-effective, and high-quality supply of FFB to the company’s palm oil mills.
  The role will lead the identification, negotiation, onboarding, and management of external FFB suppliers, including plantations, and estates.
  
  Location: Owo, Ondo State
  
  Requirements:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in Procurement/Supply Chain or relevant agricultural discipline is an advantage.
  • 8–12 years of relevant experience, with significant experience in FFB sourcing, palm oil, agricultural commodities, procurement, or plantation operations. Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial/senior sourcing or procurement position.
  • Strong knowledge of the palm oil value chain and FFB procurement ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated experience managing external suppliers and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Experience working with palm oil mills, plantations, aggregators, traders, or independent FFB suppliers is highly desirable.
