  Job Summary

  • Organized and results-driven Warehouse / Store Supervisor with experience in overseeing inventory control, stock management, and daily warehouse operations.
  • Skilled in coordinating goods receiving and dispatch, maintaining accurate stock records, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient storage procedures.
  • Able to supervise operations effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards, reducing losses, and improving productivity. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in inventory and record-keeping systems.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse and store operations efficiently.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
  • Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods.
  • Coordinate the distribution and dispatch of products.
  • Ensure proper arrangement and organization of stock items.
  • Conduct regular stock taking and inventory audits.
  • Prevent stock loss, damage, or theft through proper control measures.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness within the warehouse / store.
  • Prepare inventory and operational reports for management.
  • Supervise warehouse/store staff activities.
  • Ensure timely replenishment of stock when necessary.
  • Monitor product quality and expiry dates where applicable.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other departments.
