  Business Development Officer (Facility Management-French)

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Facility Management sector.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and tender submissions.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Lead client meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Technical teams to develop customized facility management solutions.
  • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and provide periodic business development reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client engagements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth.

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 1–2 years\' experience in Business Development within a Facility Management company is mandatory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French (mandatory).
  • Demonstrable experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Strong proposal writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of Facility Management services, including hard and soft FM solutions.
  • Ability to identify client needs and develop tailored business solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
