  • Salary Range ₦150,000 - ₦200,000/month

  Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
  • Pitch products/services and demonstrate value to prospects
  • Handle objections, negotiate pricing/terms, and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, activities, and deals.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

  Requirements & Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years experience; sales experience is a strong plus
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with resilience and discipline.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and build rapport.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets (for experienced roles).
