  Job Summary

  • We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to champion the growth of our premium peanut products across Lagos, with a strong focus on the Open Market and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés) channels. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing food manufacturing company where your expertise will directly shape market expansion, drive revenue, and strengthen our brand presence.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Drive product distribution and availability across open markets, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and HoReCa accounts.
  • Identify, develop, and manage key customer relationships while expanding the company's customer base.
  • Recruit, coach, supervise, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve sales objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure effective route-to-market execution and optimum product visibility.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, performance reports, and market intelligence for Management.
  • Collaborate with Production, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely product availability and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer collections and ensure adherence to the Company's credit policy.
  • Ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in FMCG sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or regional sales role.
  • Proven experience managing Open Market and HoReCa channels within Lagos.
  • Strong network of distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and HoReCa customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales teams and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
