  The ideal candidate would be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves developing sales strategies, preparing business proposals, analyzing financial performance, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring the achievement of organizational sales and revenue targets.

  The Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to increase the company's market share and revenue.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, business proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
  • Analyze current and historical financial data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective business development and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Prepare regular business development reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
  • Track business development expenses and support budget planning and monitoring.
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals in line with company policies.
  • Represent the company at meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences where necessary.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of clients, leads, and business opportunities.
  • Perform other business development and administrative duties as assigned by management.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related role.
  • Professional certification in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage.
  • Strong business development, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good knowledge and effective use of the internet for market research, lead generation, and business communication.
  • Ability to prepare professional reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple business opportunities simultaneously.
