  Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer with a proven track record of generating and closing B2B business opportunities.
  • The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of business development experience, with mandatory experience in a recruitment or consulting firm.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients and driving revenue growth by promoting our recruitment and consulting services.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients for recruitment and consulting services.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, business owners, and decision-makers.
  • Present and pitch recruitment solutions tailored to clients’ hiring needs.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business deals.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular reports on business development activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and business meetings where necessary.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Development.
  • Previous experience in a recruitment or consulting company is mandatory.
  • Proven success in B2B sales, client acquisition, and business growth.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment services and the corporate hiring landscape.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with corporate clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is an added advantage.
