  Job Summary

  We are seeking a proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented HR Sales Executive to drive business growth by promoting our HR consulting and recruitment solutions to corporate clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, managing a healthy sales pipeline, and achieving sales targets through the promotion of recruitment, outsourcing, training, and other HR solutions.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective corporate clients through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and outbound sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Understand client workforce needs and recommend suitable HR solutions.
  • Present the company's recruitment, outsourcing, consulting, training, and other HR service offerings to prospective clients.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Follow up on leads and proposals to convert opportunities into new business.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using the company's CRM system.
  • Work closely with the HR delivery team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales activity reports, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts.
  • Respond promptly to client enquiries and maintain a high standard of customer service.
  • Consistently achieve assigned sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
  • Represent the company professionally at client meetings, networking events, and industry engagements.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or HR services sales.
  • Experience in selling recruitment, outsourcing, HR consulting, training, or related business solutions is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
  • Good understanding of the B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship management and customer engagement abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
  • Good organisational, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a target-driven environment.
