  Description

  • We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting the company's products and services to meet and exceed sales targets.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the telecommunications sector.
  • Achieve and exceed set sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals, handling complaints or objections professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and share best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and customer interactions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business/referrals.

  Requirements
  Educational Background:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BSc/HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.

  Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years' sales experience, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
  • Must reside in or be able to conveniently commute to Victoria Island, Lagos.

  Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Good understanding of telecommunications products and services.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
