  About the job

  • We are looking for a reliable Documentation Officer to organize and manage our company records.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Filing: Store and organize physical and digital documents.
  • Checking: Review records for accuracy and compliance.
  • Tracking: Update logs for batch records and certificates.
  • Retrieval: Help staff find files quickly when needed.
  • Safety: Keep all company data safe and confidential.

  Requirements

  • Education: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience: Experience in a pharmacy or factory helps.
  • Skills: Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Word/Excel.
  • Traits: Very organized and detail-oriented.
  • Applicant must be based in Onitsha.
