  Salary: 100,000 - 130,000

  Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing suppliers.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers, evaluate quotations, and compare proposals based on pricing, quality, and specifications.
  • Source and procure products and services at competitive prices without compromising quality.
  • Ensure all purchased items are received, verified, documented, and properly recorded on internal systems.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with agreed service standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize procurement processes and control costs.
  • Conduct market research to identify reliable suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist relevant departments in sourcing quality products and materials required for operations.

  Requirements

  • Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Purchasing & Supply, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar procurement role, preferably within the food and beverage, hospitality, culinary, or related industry.
  • Proximity to the preferred job location (Ijora or Lekki) will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of ERP software will be an added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of procurement processes and supplier relationship management.
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
