    Sales Executive

    Description

    • Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive the sale of digital advertising solutions and expand its client portfolio.
    • The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the media, advertising, digital marketing, or marketing communications industry, with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.
    • This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about helping businesses achieve their marketing objectives through innovative advertising solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across targeted industries.
    • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and social media.
    • Conduct client needs assessments and recommend digital advertising solutions tailored to business objectives.
    • Develop and present compelling sales proposals, media plans, and advertising packages.
    • Negotiate and close new business opportunities while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and account growth.
    • Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract execution and onboarding.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution and delivery of advertising campaigns.
    • Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular reports and insights.
    • Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
    • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, andclient communications using CRM systems.
    • Ensure contracts, invoices, and financial records are updated accurately in line with signed agreements.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital advertising solutions.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within the media, advertising, digital marketing, or marketing communications industry.
    • Demonstrated success in outbound sales, business development, and consistently achieving sales targets.
    • Strong experience in lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, and client acquisition.
    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills.
    • Good understanding of digital advertising solutions, including Google Ads, social media advertising, display advertising, and other digital marketing channels.
    • Experience preparing proposals, media plans, and client presentations.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
    • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
    • Must own a smartphone, reliable internet connection, and have access to backup power.
