  Job Overview

  • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Assistant to support our growth initiatives by identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, assisting with sales activities, and supporting strategic business projects.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to research markets, engage prospects, and support initiatives that drive business growth.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
  • Support lead generation activities and maintain prospect databases.
  • Communicate with potential and existing clients to understand their needs.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business reports.
  • Support client meetings, follow-ups, and relationship management.
  • Track business development activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with sales pipeline management and reporting.
  • Support partnership outreach and relationship-building initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and business processes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support business growth strategies.

  Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to conduct research and analyze market information.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Confidence communicating with clients and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and meet business targets.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales tools.
  • Experience in client acquisition, partnerships, or account management.
  • Understanding of sales processes and business growth strategies.
  • Strong interest in technology, entrepreneurship, or emerging businesses.
