    The Primary English Tutor is responsible for delivering high-quality English Language instruction that develops pupils\' reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension skills. The tutor creates an engaging, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that inspires a love for language and literature while ensuring pupils achieve age-appropriate learning outcomes.

    Job Description

    • Individualized Tutoring: Tailor tutoring sessions to meet the individual needs of each student. Identify areas of improvement and create personalized learning plans to address their weaknesses.
    • Language Instruction: Teach grammar, vocabulary, and language mechanics to enhance students\' reading, writing, speaking, and listening abilities.
    • Reading Comprehension: Help students develop strong reading comprehension skills by analyzing texts, understanding literary devices, and interpreting complex passages.
    • Writing Skills: Assist students in developing their writing skills, including essay structure, argumentation, creativity, and effective communication.
    • Language Analysis: Teach students how to analyze literature, poetry, and non-fiction texts, focusing on themes, literary elements, and critical thinking.
    • Oral Communication: Improve students\' oral communication skills, encouraging them to express themselves confidently and articulately.

    • A minimum of 5 years teaching experience is required.
    • Cambridge Experience/Certifications is required

    • Phonics certified or professionally trained, with proven experience in teaching phonics to primary learners.
