    Electrician

    The Role

    • The Operations & Project Manager will help manage day-to-day operations and ensure our teams, projects and priorities stay on track.
    • You’ll coordinate across teams, build systems, create dashboards and trackers, set goals, monitor performance and identify what needs to happen next. Essentially, you’ll help keep the machine moving.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate projects and activities across teams.
    • Create and maintain dashboards, trackers and project management systems.
    • Set and monitor team goals, milestones and deadlines.
    • Track performance and provide regular updates to leadership.
    • Identify gaps, delays and blockers and work with teams to resolve them.
    • Coordinate meetings and follow up on agreed actions.
    • Help develop systems and processes that improve how operates.
    • Ensure teams are aligned and communicating effectively.
    • Translate strategic priorities into clear actions and deliverables.
    • Support leadership with planning, reporting and execution.
    • Continuously identify smarter and more creative ways of working.

    Key Requirements

    • Experience in project management, operations, coordination or a related role
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Experience managing multiple projects, priorities or teams

    • Comfortable using digital tools for tracking and reporting

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
