  Pinnah Foods Limited is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Ice-Cream Technician to join our team and support the production of high-quality ice cream products.

  What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prepare and produce ice cream products according to established recipes, standards, and procedures.
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain ice cream production equipment.
  • Ensure accurate measurement and mixing of ingredients.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure consistency in taste, texture, appearance, and quality.
  • Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
  • Maintain proper hygiene and food safety standards throughout the production process.
  • Identify and troubleshoot basic equipment or production issues.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products.
  • Maintain accurate production records and report any deviations or issues.
  • Work closely with the Operations, Quality Assurance, and R&D teams to maintain product standards and improve production processes.

  What We’re Looking For

  • OND, HND, B.Sc. or equivalent qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, Catering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in ice cream, dairy, frozen dessert, or related food production.
  • Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Familiarity with ice cream production equipment and processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
  • Ability to follow recipes and production procedures accurately.
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
