  Job Summary

  • We are seeking a diligent, proactive, and experienced Procurement Officer to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services to support business operations.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and engage suppliers and vendors.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and procurement documentation.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Perform other procurement-related duties as assigned.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
