  PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

  • Should be able to collate and analyze industry with understanding competition
  • Should be able to anticipate future projects and strategies on how to key into those projects
  • Identify potential clients and decision makers within the Oil and Gas sector.
  • Win major contracts in International Oil Companies (IOC’s) and other oil & gas companies in the following service areas but not limited to: -
    • Construction and Fabrication
    • Marine Services
    • Manpower Supply
    • Procurement

  CORE COMPETENCIES:

  The following core competencies are the skills, knowledge and behaviors expected of an employee of Beneprojecti Nigeria Limited.

  Qualification:

  • Must possess at least a degree in engineering related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years working experience in a similar position.
  • Must have extensive working experience in the oil and gas sector.
  • Must have an eye for details and zero tolerance to rework or errors
  • Must be able to work under pressure and able to challenge deadlines.
  • Must show proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must have proposal management experience
  • Must demonstrate previous exposure to contracts and an understanding of basic contract language
  • Provide proven leadership and management experience
  • Have extensive marketing experience
  • Possess experience interacting with executive-level staff
  • Must show an understanding of the bid process
  • Experience in securing large contracts
  • Knowledge of document management methods
  • Cloud software experience will be an added advantage
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years working experience.
  • Communication Skill: Strong writing and verbal communication skills is a must- including effective public relations and public speaking skills.
  • Initiative and Confidence: Generate and act on new ideas that add value to the business. Looks at different ways to solve problems and address difficulties.
  • Achievement Drive: Set goals and strive to achieve them with enthusiasm and determination.
  • Respect: Treat colleagues and customers in a manner, which demonstrates integrity, honesty and fairness.
  • Integrity and Approachability: Must have integrity and be approachable, as managers and staff must feel able to discuss sensitive and confidential issues.
  • Flexible Team Player: Work effectively within a variety of situations, individuals and groups applying the “whatever it takes” attitude.
  • Planning and Organizational Skills: Establishes a clear course of action to achieve long or short-term goals in an organized manner. Must be able to interpret statistical data and communicate it in a professional and understandable manner.
  • Negotiation Skills: A proven track record of “making a difference”; must have influencing and negotiating skills to implement personnel policies.
  • Information Technology: Must have above average computer skills.
