  As Regional Commercial Manager, you'll lead the commercial agenda across a strategically important region, shaping how our brands grow in market and connect with consumers. This role exists to turn strategy into execution, ensuring our field sales teams deliver outstanding results across sales, distribution, profitability and brand visibility. You'll influence business performance through strong leadership, effective channel management and close collaboration with colleagues across the organisation. It is an opportunity to make a visible impact while developing high-performing teams and future commercial leaders.

  This is a role with real influence. You'll balance commercial ambition with long-term value, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results that matter.

  What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing field sales team to consistently deliver regional sales, profitability and distribution targets.
  • Turn commercial strategy into action, ensuring brilliant execution of sales and channel marketing initiatives across the region.
  • Drive sustainable business growth by managing both sell-in and sell-out performance while strengthening market presence for key brands and new product launches.
  • Maximise the return on trade investment through effective distributor management, channel execution and commercial decision-making.
  • Contribute to route-to-market, channel and customer strategies by providing market insight and helping shape plans that accelerate growth.
  • Coach, develop and empower Zonal Managers and wider field teams, building capability and strengthening the pipeline of future leaders.

  What You'll Bring

  • A degree in any discipline; a postgraduate qualification would be an advantage.
  • Strong commercial experience with a proven track record of delivering sales or marketing targets and business growth.
  • Experience leading teams within field sales, customer management or channel management environments.
  • Strong understanding of distributor management, route-to-market strategies and channel development.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop people while creating a culture of accountability and performance.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
