  Petrok Engineering Services Limited is seeking a driven and commercially minded Business Development Associate (Marketing) to help expand our footprint across the engineering, energy, oil & gas, and infrastructure sectors. If you are passionate about winning new business, building strategic client relationships, and delivering measurable growth, we\'d like to hear from you.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the engineering, energy, and oil & gas sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into business.
  • Prepare proposals, capability presentations, tender submissions, and other commercial documentation.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Support other business development and commercial activities that contribute to the company\'s strategic objectives.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3–7 years of relevant business development or marketing experience, preferably within engineering, EPCI, energy, or oil & gas.
  • Proven track record of sourcing clients, developing business opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, networking, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver results.
