  JOB SUMMARY

  • We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Team Lead to oversee and guide the business development team. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and developing business opportunities within the banking, fintech, and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will leverage industry knowledge, networks, and leadership skills to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets.

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the business development team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the banking, fintech, and financial services sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and strategic stakeholders.
  • Oversee the promotion and sale of Infytel’s technology and IT solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Prepare and review proposals, presentations, and sales strategies for the team.
  • Monitor team performance, sales targets, and revenue generation.
  • Maintain and expand key client relationships through networking and strategic engagement.

  REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in business development, enterprise sales, or a related role, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or team lead position.
  • Strong background in technology/IT solutions and experience selling to banks, fintechs, or financial institutions.
  • Established professional network or client base within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Proven ability to lead a team, sell technology solutions, and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
