    Business Development Executive (Luxury Real Estate)

    Job Summary

    • The Business Development Executive at Popville Luxury Homes Limited is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding high-net-worth network pipelines, and securing high-value real estate transactions across our portfolio of ultra-luxury developments.
    • This is not an entry-level sales role; it requires a seasoned industry professional with a proven, verifiable track record of closing high-ticket residential transactions, where property values start at N400 Million.
    • The ideal candidate possesses deep market intelligence, established relationships within elite investment circles, and an intimate understanding of the luxury lifestyle and wealth management landscape.
    • Working closely with Executive Leadership and the Marketing team, the Business Development Executive will convert sophisticated leads, position Popville’s flagship properties to discerning buyers, and deliver an immaculate end-to-end client acquisition experience that reflects our commitment to prestige, discretion, and absolute excellence.

    Key Responsibilities
    Ultra - Luxury Sales Execution & Closing:

    • Consistently drive and close sales for prime real estate developments with base valuations starting at N400 Million, achieving aggressive corporate revenue targets.
    • Manage complex, high-value deal structures, buyer negotiations, and contract finalizing processes with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate investors.

    High - Net-Worth Network Development:

    • Leverage established, high-level professional networks and build strategic channels with private wealth managers, family offices, luxury concierges, and corporate executives.
    • Identify, target, and cultivate relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients who require luxury residential assets or high-yield real estate investments.

    Strategic Pipeline Management & Lead Conversion:

    • Prospect, qualify, and manage a refined sales pipeline, ensuring that every interaction delivers a white-glove, highly personalized client experience.
    • Convert prospective inquiries and private viewings into confirmed transactions through deep product knowledge and persuasive market positioning.

    Private Property Presentations & Experiences:

    • Design and execute bespoke, private property walkthroughs and technical presentations for prospective luxury buyers and their advisory teams.
    • Articulate the architectural superiority, material finish, investment yield, and lifestyle value of Popville’s luxury developments with absolute precision.

    Market Intelligence & Competitor Benchmarking:

    • Monitor luxury real estate trends, macroeconomic shifts, buyer demographics, and competitor pricing within prime locations to identify new market opportunities.
    • Feed real-time client insights and pricing expectations back to executive leadership to shape future project concepts and go-to-market strategies.

    Deal Facilitation & Transaction Compliance:

    • Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, and Customer Relations teams to ensure all onboarding, KYC, payment structures, and documentation conform strictly to regulatory standards.
    • Ensure seamless coordination from the initial offer letter to the final execution of contracts and initial deposit verification.

    Brand Ambassdorship & Elite Representation:

    • Represent Popville Luxury Homes at exclusive networking forums, high-end expos, private investor dinners, and industry events to elevate corporate visibility.

    • Maintain an immaculate personal brand, professional poise, and tone that aligns seamlessly with a ultra-luxury real estate institution.

    Client Relationship Management (CRM):

    • Maintain thorough, confidential, and structured records of all prospective buyers, client interactions, and deal stages using the company’s CRM system.
    • Nurture post-sale relationships to drive repeat investments, client referrals, and long-term brand loyalty among our homeowner community.

    Collaborative Strategy & Campaign Feedback:

    • Work alongside the Marketing and Sales teams to refine targeted campaigns, private pitch materials, and collateral aimed at elite buyer segments.
    • Offer tactical suggestions on pitch decks and promotional initiatives based on direct feedback from high-value prospects.

    Ethical Standards & Professional Integrity:

    • Uphold Popville’s reputation by conducting all sales activities with strict confidentiality, radical transparency, and uncompromised professional ethics.
