    Real Estate Marketer

    JOB PURPOSE

    • The Real Estate Marketer is responsible for generating leads, marketing properties, converting prospects into buyers or investors, and driving revenue through the sale and leasing of the Company's real estate portfolio.
    • The role requires an energetic and commercially minded individual who can identify prospective buyers, build strong client relationships, conduct property inspections, negotiate transactions, and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Sales & Business Development

    • Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
    • Market the Company's properties to individuals, families, investors, corporate organizations, and other prospective clients.
    • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers and investors.
    • Convert leads into property sales and investment transactions.
    • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
    • Build strategic relationships with individuals, organizations, associations, and other potential referral sources.

    Property Marketing

    • Promote available properties through approved online and offline marketing channels.
    • Develop compelling property presentations and sales pitches.
    • Leverage social media, digital marketing, referrals, networking events, direct marketing, and other approved channels to generate leads.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of the Company's property portfolio, locations, pricing, payment plans, features, and investment potential.
