  About the Role

  • The ideal candidate is expected to have proven direct sales experience within the building materials, ceramics, or manufacturing industry and a strong ability to achieve sales targets through proactive customer engagement.

  Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in the building materials, ceramics, or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and channel sales processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
