  Role Summary

  • We are looking for 2 aggressive, target-driven Marketers who can generate and close leads for luxury houses and interior projects.
  • You will be responsible for both company-provided leads and self-sourced leads - driving viewings, negotiations, and sales.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through social media, referrals, networking, and offline marketing.
  • Work on both company current leads and self-sourced leads.
  • Conduct property tours, client presentations, and interior consultations (physical/virtual).
  • Qualify clients based on budget, location, and timeline.
  • Follow up consistently via calls, WhatsApp, and email till closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of all leads and activities in CRM/Database.
  • Collaborate with Admin Officer for meeting scheduling and client handover.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HNI clients for referrals.
  • Provide market feedback on pricing, demand, and luxury trends.

  KPIs

  • Number of qualified leads generated per week.
  • Number of viewings booked.
  • Conversion rate and sales closed.
  • Revenue generated.

  Requirements

  • 2 - 4+ years proven experience in Real Estate Marketing / Sales (Luxury experience is a plus).
  • Must have sold or marketed Lagos properties before (Lekki, Ajah, Ikoyi, Victoria Island corridor preferred).
  • Strong lead generation skills - both online and offline.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Active on social media for property marketing (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Own laptop, smartphone, reliable internet and power backup.
  • Must be based in Lagos and available for physical inspections when needed.
  • Self-driven, presentable, and understands luxury client handling.
  • CRM and WhatsApp Business experience.
