  Job Description

  • The Human Resources Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in AJAH, with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves supporting daily HR operations, including employee onboarding, record management, and HR documentation.
  • The Human Resources Associate will coordinate recruitment activities, assist with performance management processes, and help organize training and development programs.
  • The position also includes responding to employee inquiries, maintaining HR systems, preparing HR reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline with 1-2 years of HR experience.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and the Microsoft/Google Office Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and labour regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive, supportive, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Commitment to fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
